Cambridge Dry Gin

The bouquet is very fragrant, almost perfumed. A good strong bouquet of juniper with perfumed floral notes and a pleasant, bright menthol headiness

A sweet floral, almost lavender lead, followed by a dryness, this smooths out to a round sweetness with a peppery spice.

Naturally light tonic with a fresh mint sprig

As with all our gins each botanical is individually, in volumes of less than 2 litres, under vacuum to preserve the freshest qualities possible.
